Manufacture

Whilst all care is taken to produce your artwork please note Mishka & Moore use materials that are natural or may contain natural fibres that may look like slight imperfections. These are natural parts of the product and are not considered faults.

Please also note that when printing artists licensed images we cannot change any part of the print, so occasionally there may be a little mark, line, dot, smudge or stain on the art, this is part of the original artwork and is not considered a fault.

Oak frames may have knots, burls or small imperfections in the grain and these are not considered faults but unique features of natural Australian timber. 

Please note:  Due to artists/photographers original artwork image ratio, your chosen size may vary by a few centimetres. If you require an exact size please specify in the notes when placing your order.

 

Framed Prints

Framed prints are manufactured using quality (20mm wide by 40mm deep) solid timber frame (not composite PVC) quality glass (or plexiglass if shipping interstate) and matboard border (proportioned in varying widths depending on artwork size if applicable)

Printed using archival aqueous non toxic (odour free) inks that last over 100 years

Available in multiple sizes and choice of frame colour, strung ready to hang.

 

Canvas Prints

Canvases are manufactured using quality 380GSM canvas

Printed using archival aqueous non toxic (odour free) inks that last over 100 years

All canvases are finished with an invisible protective coating to achieve high levels of scratch and fade resistance

Optional solid timber floating frame is available

Ready to hang

 

Shipping

Your item is custom made and is normally ready to ship within 5 days.

Once manufactured all artwork is properly packaged for safe transport to the destination. 

We require a street address, phone number and email address for delivery and cannot deliver to P O Boxes. Shipping times vary but are normally between 7 and 10 days.

We offer free shipping to any address in Australia

 

Returns Policy

If your product arrives damaged or not as represented on the website, Mishka & Moore will happily replace your artwork free of charge. Any damage must be reported by email to info@mishkaandmoore.com.au within 24 hours of receipt of artwork, you must include photos of the damage and please do not discard the packaging and the label affixed to the packaging.

 

Please choose carefully as we do not replace for change of mind or incorrect image/size choice.

 

Privacy Policy

The Privacy Act 1988 requires entities bound by the Australian Privacy Principles to have a privacy policy. We will update this privacy policy if our information practices change. This privacy policy explains how Mishka & Moore uses and keeps private any information that you supply whilst using this website whilst offering a safe and secure online environment for our customers.
